Giddiemy, operated on may 2021 where there are (2) admins who are handling this account which is mel and nadine. Giddiemy only taking an order of official goods, mainly for Seventeen and NCT. We also provides personal request services from korea website only for now. (Japan&china site purchase service not available)

1. how long does the item take to arrive?
pre-order items would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. it depends on the logistics, and how fast our supplier ships out the item.

2. what courier we use
we usually use poslaju and jnt courier.

3. how much is shipping to wm/em?
Jnt & poslaju rm8 wm / rm13 em
flexiprepaid RM4-8 sm/em

4. how can i make the payment?
we will update GO with google form and include our acc bank number there, you can transfer before submit the form.

5. what kind of requests are you taking?
official merch & latest and old albums too! official photocards from ksellers (for fansite goods will open after both admins have flexible time to handle)

6. how we conclude the second payment amount
second payment is amount of payment for ems shipping (from kr-my) and local postage. We cannot estimate ems shipping as we do not know how much weight will it cost and also will added up more if items get stuck by kastam. The more order we get the less second payment will be.

7. what are your methods of payment?
we accept CDM and online banking only!

8. do you accept other groups request?
yes we do. we are going to focus on our mains group which svt and nct especially merchandise and comeback album but if you want to request other gp comeback or merch GO also can!
